Founded in 2025, Tandem is a locally owned and operated sustainble logistics business run by a passionate team of cyclists and sustainbility enthusiates.

E-cargo bikes are central to our operations as they enable faster, cleaner and more affordable solutions for businesses and residents.

Our mission is to crack the last‑mile supply chain challenge. Reliable and fast service, transparent pricing, efficient operations and next-gen tracking of deliveries without harming our shared environment, contributing to congestion or compromising our safety.

Collisions involving delivery vans are disproportionate to their presence on the road. The severity of accidents is also high considering their weight and speed and distracted driving habits. E-cargo bikes enable more efficient route planning, lower costs, more efficient operations all while having lower speeds and lower vehicle weights.

We give back by dedicating 1% of all revenue generated to local charities and active travel initiatives, and by volunteering time and miles for community needs.

We advocate for safer cycling infrastructure, measure and publish our CO2 savings, and partner with local business and residents to keep Waterford moving efficiently and sustainably.

Our riders earn a living wage, pensions and benefits and a bonus. We are in full recognition that riders are carryout the value-add activity of the company, so we endeavour to keep them safe and happy!
